Download 2010 Scorpion Baseball Schedule to Outlook Calendar
Scorpion fans! Now you can import the 2010 Scorpion baseball schedule into your Microsoft Outlook calendar, then be able to sync the schedule into your handheld device!
 
You will always know when and where the Scorpions play. Outlook calendars will be updated each semester with schedules of Scorpion athletics events.  {This will only work on computers that use Microsoft Outlook}

Step One:
Download the 2010 Scorpion Baseball Schedule
(Choose Save and remember the location of this file you're saving)
 
Step Two:
Create an Athletics Calendar shell.
  • Open Microsoft Outlook.
  • Select File >>> New >>> Calendar.
  • Name Your Calendar "Athletics Events" or whatever name you wish
  • Select OK to save your new Calendar.
     

Step Three:
Open Microsoft Outlook:

  • Select File >>> Import and Export...
  • Select "Import from another program or file" and click Next.
  • Select "Comma Separated Values (Windows)" and click Next.
  • Find the 2010_Scorpion_baseball_schedule.csv file you just downloaded and select "Do not import duplicate items" and click Next.
  • Select Destination Folder >>> ... Select Calendar under Mailbox - [YOUR NAME} and click Next.
  • The next window will have a title that says 'The following actions will be performed:' above an option to 'Import "2010_scorpion_baseball_schedule.csv" into folder: Calendar -- "Athletic Events" or whatever name you created.
  • Check that check box and and click on 'Finish"
    2010_scorpion_baseball_schedule.csv" into folder: Calendar'
The 2010 Scorpion Baseball Schedule should now appear as a calendar in your Microsoft Outlook calendars.

Step Four: Synchronize your palm or handheld device to your computer.
